It’s important to remember that approx. 85% of the time, most injuries and not severe such as neck and back Sprain/ Strain types of injuries. Those injury cases settle for different amounts depending on many factors that I obtain strong supporting evidence. As my video shows, I’m more of an artist that shapes an injury cases value based upon my experience of handling thousands of those types of cases. Another factor that people must understand is that in theory the injured victim could potentially have a case value of, for example, $1 million, however the at fault party may only have a insurance policy of $25,000. As such, it’s unrealistic for any person to believe that when they see a lawyer boosting about their big awards, because in reality that lawyer had the majority of those potentially bigger cases settle for substantially less all because the at fault party had insufficient insurance coverage. In those cases, it is the experienced lawyer who can find additional insurance coverages and additional responsible negligent parties that the inexperienced lawyer may not find.
